As an organizational developer, I blend a background in advertising from some of Germany's leading creative agencies with entrepreneurial experience from my company, Rebel Recruiting, in the agile startup and leadership space. Drawing from years of work as a psychologist and coach, I offer practical advice to my clients on developing their organizations courageously, tailored to their context, teams, requirements, and market demands.
