In three modules of 2.5 interactive days each, prospective managers not only get to know their own role better, but also deal with the psychological foundations of leadership in a practical way. You will acquire essential basic knowledge in the area of personnel development and learn the basics of systemic and agile coaching.
With this expanded knowledge, you will be able to work specifically on optimising teams and processes and facilitate independently, even without previous management experience.

Our one-year masterclass in the form of 5 modules with additional group supervision invites new and experienced leaders to learn and deepen their skills together in a protected environment. This is not only about growth, but also about peer-to-peer exchange and the utilisation of group interaction.
The structured, 2-day modules offer space for in-depth insights in the areas of personnel and organisational development, agile methods in team coaching as well as strategic cultural development and diversity.
